STUDIO1040’S SHIPPING POLICY
US Shipments
Studio1040’s customers enjoy complimentary air shipping for all items, delivered within 1-4 days in the domestic US.International Shipments
- International orders are subject to the receiving country's import fees, duty, taxes, and/or brokerage fees.
- Studio1040 is not responsible for any customs fees incurred for international orders. These funds are not paid to Studio1040 nor are they set by Studio1040, rather they are paid to and set by your home country's government as per import/export regulations and charged by your local postal carrier. Funds are due upon receipt in accordance with your local import and postal regulations. Please refer to your country’s local import and postal regulations for further information.
- *International Orders are shipped via USPS International Priority Mail with full insurance of the package. This offers tracking and approximately 7-10 days in transit.
- •To upgrade the shipping method of your International Order, please select USPS International Express Priority Mail at checkout. This offers tracking and approximately 3-7 days in transit.
- *(Note: this will be a newly instated policy and shipping profiles on Shopify should be adjusted accordingly)For Made-to-Order pieces, please allow a week and a half to two and a half weeks for production.

How do I track my order?
Shipping Confirmation: Once an order is shipped, customers will automatically receive a Shipping Confirmation email with a tracking number, where they can follow the progress and ETA of the package.
Out for Delivery: Customers will be notified via email when the package is near its destination and out for delivery.
Delivery: Customers will be notified via email when the package has arrived at its destination.
Shipping to a PO Box?
Deliveries using a USPS shipping method can be sent to a PO Box and will require a signature confirmation upon arrival.
Deliveries using a FedEx shipping method cannot be sent to a PO Box.
Please contact us at info@studio1040designs.com with your name and Order Number if you would prefer to send your package to a local FedEx facility of most convenience to you.
Is a signature required upon delivery?
All Studio1040 packages will require a signature confirmation upon arrival.
Please contact us at info@studio1040designs.com with your name and Order Number as soon as possible if you’d prefer to remove this feature before shipping.
Delivery to a Hotel
All Studio1040 packages can be delivered to a Hotel and will require a signature confirmation upon arrival.
Gifting? Will it be wrapped?
Each Studio1040 purchase will come in our branded elegant velvet jewelry box tied with a satin ribbon.
