14K rose gold diamond solitaire split prong milgrained ring featuring a GIA Certified natural/unheated oval brilliant cut very light/faint peach sapphire measuring 9.46 x 8.08 mm and weighing 3.99 cts. The sapphire is well cut and well saturated with lots of sparkle.

The center stone is flanked and surrounded by round brilliant cut diamonds with a total weight of 0.52 ct. (G,VS2/SI1). The gallery is also pave' set with diamonds and features milgrain detailing all done by hand.
